     A delightfully soft slightly fruity semi-dry wine . Our most popular wine, Demi Sec is a favorite of Celebrates as well as a familiar choice at the White House.

                                 Sangiovese

     The historic homeland of Sangiovese is Tuscany in central Italy. It has been used for over six centuries as the base for red Tuscan wines (chianti) We searched for the perfect root stock to bring to the U.S., so the perfect grape could be vinified and with this bottle we wish to present, to the consumer, the original character of Sangiovese, in it's purity.

                                  Pinot Grigio

     One of the classic white wines of the world, our Pinot Grigio, is light straw color, dry, clean and fresh to the palate with a slight nut like after taste and smoothly gracious. It has a delicate bouquet, a soft freshness, vivacious, velvety, yet fruity with hints of peach and banana.

         Tosi's Extra Virgin Olive Oil

     The kitchen staff at Tosi's has selected the California Ascolano Variety Olive for the production of their own 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This olive oil enhances the food served at Tosi's and is now available for take home. An authentic product produced entirely from the fruit of the olive, this oil is produced by natural methods. it is cold pressed and is free of any heat or chemical treatment. Tosi's Extra Virgin Olive Oil has an intense flavor with "pizzioante" finish reminiscent of Tuscan Olive oils which makes it ideal for all applications where the intensely fruity flavor of the olive is desired. Great for salads, Marinates, sauces, drizzled over fresh or cooked vegetables and for bread dipping. This oil is a unique flavor experience, which will provide a new adventure in cooking.

Tosi's Imported Balsamic Vinegar

Aceto Balsamico, from Modena, Italy, is the finest blend of wine vinegar and must. It is naturally aged in small cask which are made from an assortment of local woods such as oak, ash, chestnut, cherry and mulberry. This creates a truly exquisite vinegar with a bouquet second to none. Use on salads, vegetables, chicken, roasts and in sauces.

Just call ahead any evening, Monday through Saturday, between 5:30 and 9 p.m., and place your order! We'll have it all ready for you to pick up - in a special Tosi's box - by the time you get here! Choose from five mouth-watering combinations.  All our pizzas are 10" in diameter and prepared in authentic Italian style with the freshest ingredients available.
